As an IT & Digital Project Specialist, I lead projects to enable machine-to-machine (M2M) messages between Syngenta and external customers. I also develop communication protocols to allow automated information exchange between two systems. Understand requirements, prepare test scenarios, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new and modified processes in SAP's test environment before moving the processes to the production environment. Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers to address technical capabilities and constraints by visiting customer locations and participating in trade shows. Evaluate potential projects based on feasibility, potential influence, and alignment with the department's priorities. Support managing orders submitted via M2M by designing training materials and work instructions for customer service teams. 
Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:
•	Promoted from Customer Account Specialist to Product Specialist through delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating excellent performance during tenure. 
•	Played a key role as SME in identifying trends and areas for improvement by efficiently monitoring M2M processing performance metrics.
•	Pinpointed errors/gaps and resolved connectivity issues in current processes by implementing feasible solutions in collaboration with Syngenta's internal systems team and an external digital supply chain intermediary.
•	Supported the sales team to easily access and share accurate information using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to document procedures by maintaining a comprehensive database for five products.

During this time, I oversaw 27 distributor accounts responsible for the full order management process, ensured timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, and strengthened relationships with customer buyers and supply chain teams. Partnered with logistics, planning, marketing, supply chain, inventory, and sales teams to deliver prompt and adequate assistance in customer purchasing activities. Trained new employees and underperforming employees to support three different areas of customer service, including Crop Protection, Industry, and Professional Solutions. Used TheBrain – a repository tool to organize and store documents containing frequently used information and best practices for the customer service team.
Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:
•	Enhanced transparency among different groups and collaboration across the organization by instigating conversations and deploying influential solutions that enabled proper access to data and restructured decision-making processes.  
•	Brainstormed, created, and published easy-to-understand work instructions for new and existing employees, including screenshots, illustrations, all of the instructors, and workflows that covered the key functions of customer service and special processes.
•	Assessed talent and training to deliver valuable input and select the best candidates for customer service, logistics, and related departments as a part of the interview panel. 
•	Coordinated with developers and relaunched the Agbiz website with optimized functionality, assuring the acceptance of web orders and greater clarity on the customer journey, resulting in maximum customer satisfaction and sales.

•	Met productivity targets through the successful auditing of over 150 specimens regularly.
•	Encouraged adequate creation and application of a new database for archiving and fortifying audit data while mentoring end-users on utilizing the new database system by delivering outstanding support to Project Specialists.
•	Streamlined accurate processing of specimens by planning, orchestrating, and revising policies and procedures while liaising with Compliance Analysts.

Auditor

As a Team Lead, I offered thought leadership and aid to the 16 Healthcare Billing Specialists in navigating complex billing processes, resolving issues, and improving audit scores by serving as an SME. Arranged and administered team meetings and activities to keep team members engaged and boost morale and ensured employees adhered to company policies and procedures. 
Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:
•	Facilitated incorporation of the newly acquired medical labs into the organization's operations and augmented the accuracy of the billing process by establishing effective procedures.
