• Secured a strategic marketing partner and launched digital marketing and social media campaigns to increase awareness, drive applicant volume, and launch the first-ever Duke Health employer brand, career website and CRM. Achieved above benchmark performance in impressions, CTR, ACR.
• Implemented new hiring, relocation and employee referral incentive programs that successfully impacted hiring activity in post-pandemic environment. Increased employee referrals from 2.7% to 14.7% of hires.
• Sponsored lean improvement project to improve candidate experience, reducing waste and waiting time, introducing approval automations and integrating employee health system with the ATS. From July 2022 to December 2023, the project reduced cycle time by 8 days, and reduced stuck candidate activity by 3 days on average.
• Launched an enterprise-wide "Day 1 at Duke Health" virtual orientation experience for all new team members in virtual experience platform. Piloted new team member events to support a culture of belonging.
