•	Principal point of contact for the Council's 30 board of directors and their assistants, prepared all board correspondence, coordinated and scheduled quarterly board meetings, prepared meeting materials, created and managed board book production, successfully executed logistics for board meetings, took meeting minutes, managed necessary follow-up
•	Created and managed a stream-lined onboarding system for new board members
•	Made travel arrangements and prepared expense reports, including heavy international

•	Write detailed, personal thank you notes on behalf of employer
•	Plan staff functions, such as birthday lunches and dinners and baby showers and wedding showers including invitations, reservations, party favors, place cards, and post-event follow-up as needed
•	Insure all contracted vendors meet deadlines and requirements for all special events
•	Hiring and management of support staff during the busy holiday season

Additional Responsibilities:
•	Work closely with business office staff and additional household personnel
•	Coordinate the house schedule with the business office staff
•	Draft personal and professional correspondence as well as occasional speeches on behalf of employer

Show Operations Coordinator
Produced six trade shows in six cities annually:
•	Coordinated all mailings to exhibitors for each show 
•	Maintained all changes, cancellations and additions for directory, web site and records 
•	Laid out the show floor for 6 trade shows in 6 different cities and venues 
•	Input all data entry and processed all show-related payments
•	Assisted with team travel arrangements for each show
