As a Montessori leader and researcher exploring the intersection of AI and education, I am dedicated to spreading Montessori principles globally. I currently advise the Strategic Artificial Intelligence in Human Resources Program for Mercy University and serve as an AMS Innovation Fellow focused on Montessori and AI.

With 40 years of experience in education, the arts, and teacher training, I bring creativity and care to guiding others. My journey began heading two UK high school art departments and examining for Pearson. During a move from the UK to the US with my family, I discovered Montessori's ingenious child-centered approach and was deeply moved and inspired.

I earned AMS Elementary and Administration credentials, directed a school, became founding faculty for two Montessori Teacher Education Centers, and now consult full time. Seeing children thrive when trusted as owners of their learning convinces me Montessori is the pedagogy of the future. My goal is making its benefits accessible to all through open admission, inclusion, and safety.

As a lifelong learner, I continue growing both personally and professionally. My proudest accomplishments are co-creating a private 501c3, not-for-profit Montessori school in 2007, then leading it until I retired. I also initiated a Service Learning program with the Greenleaf Center within the school which continues today.

With global experience spanning decades, I stay committed to disseminating Montessori principles widely so every child can develop their full potential. My diverse background lets me contribute varied perspectives to this dynamic philosophy of education.
