Most people still treat comments like a small gesture.
They’re not. They’re one of the strongest visibility signals LinkedIn tracks.

When you engage thoughtfully, LinkedIn surfaces your profile to everyone in that thread.

Every comment you write tells the system who you are, who you interact with, and what you care about.

Here’s what works:

1. Choose 10 creators your ideal clients follow.

2. Comment early.

3. Add perspective, not praise.

Each comment is a micro-post in someone else’s feed: searchable, indexable, algorithm-friendly.

Founders double profile visits simply by maintaining consistent comment rhythm.

Think in touchpoints, not just posts.

Design isn’t about perfection.
It’s about rhythm.

When I open Canva, I start with movement, how the eye will travel.
Then color. Then balance.

Ideogram helps with early mood checks, but Canva is where clarity happens.
Tiny shifts: line height, softer background, centered sentence.

Sometimes I record quick clips for clients, no voiceover, just motion.
They can see how clarity forms.

Each tweak leaves a trace.
Chaos slowly becomes order.
You can literally watch the design breathe.

When it finally feels right, the whole screen exhales, and I do too.

Most founders don’t struggle with ideas.
They struggle with rhythm.

One week they post three times.
The next, nothing.
It’s not a content problem. It’s a batching problem.

Here’s how I fix it:

1. Create lanes, not topics.

2. Batch by lane, not post.

3. Design the week as a rhythm, not a calendar.

4. Use visuals as anchors.

This system takes about two hours a week once it’s set.
The result? Predictable, clear presence that compounds month after month.

If staying visible feels exhausting, simplify first.
Your best system is the one you’ll actually maintain.

LinkedIn used to reward polish.
Perfect banners. Smart buzzwords. Long proof lists.

Now, the algorithm and the audience read tone faster than visuals.
People don’t care how optimized you sound.
They care whether you sound real.

I see this shift daily.
Clients who once worried about sounding too casual now get better replies when they sound like themselves.

Your voice has become the new credibility signal.

• Here’s what that looks like in practice:

• Warm tone over corporate tone.

• Simple phrasing over buzzwords.

• Personality over polish.

The goal isn’t to sound perfect. It’s to sound human and intentional.

If you want to build authority now, focus on consistency of voice, not polish of design.

Most profiles look good at first glance… until AI reads them.

A résumé tells people what you’ve done.
Your LinkedIn profile shows what you can do next.

AI now scans profiles before humans do.
It matches skills, intent and topics based on structure, not fancy wording.
Your headline, About and Featured sections matter more than ever.

When I rewrite profiles, I start with two questions:

1.⁠ ⁠Would a person understand this in 10 seconds?
2.⁠ ⁠Would AI categorize it correctly?

If either answer is no, the profile won’t convert.

A few simple fixes help immediately:

1.⁠ ⁠Make your headline clear, not clever

Bad:
“Founder | Fractional Consultant”

Better:
“LinkedIn branding partner for founders and recruiters.”
or
“I help B2B founders show up clearly and consistently.”

Someone should know what you do in one glance.

2.⁠ ⁠Keep your About section readable

Short paragraphs.
One idea per line.
Add real proof.

Simple structure I use:
•⁠ ⁠What you do
•⁠ ⁠Who you help
•⁠ ⁠How you help
•⁠ ⁠Proof
•⁠ ⁠Next step

3.⁠ ⁠Treat your Featured section like your homepage

Add three things only:
•⁠ ⁠Your best client result
•⁠ ⁠Your main offer
•⁠ ⁠One strong, helpful post

It guides people and it guides the algorithm.

4.⁠ ⁠Use signals, not keyword stuffing

Your profile, content and comments should tell the same story.
If they don’t line up, both humans and AI get confused.

LinkedIn is a discovery engine now.
If your profile isn’t clear, nothing else on the platform works the way it should.

Make sure it tells the same story your content does.

Almost every founder I’ve worked with has said this:
“I feel invisible. I’ve been showing up, but nothing’s happening.”

And it’s true, nothing happens fast here.

Content compounds quietly.
Relationships deepen slowly.
Momentum builds in the background long before results show up.

The mistake isn’t slow growth. It’s expecting fast feedback.

I’ve seen quiet months turn into breakthroughs.
A client went weeks with no DMs, then closed three deals from people who’d been reading silently.

Patience isn’t passive. It’s strategic.

It’s what lets you stay present long enough for your effort to stack.
While everyone else burns out chasing visibility, you’re quietly building credibility.

LinkedIn isn’t about instant validation.
It’s about becoming impossible to ignore over time.

If you’re showing up and not seeing results yet, that doesn’t mean you’re behind.
It means you’re early.

Keep showing up with intention.
Growth that lasts never feels fast.

Yesterday a client asked if I’ll be celebrating Thanksgiving.
I won’t, but the question made me think a bit.
Not about the holiday, but about the people who shaped my year.

This year wasn’t simple, but I’ve grown a lot.
Made decisions I wasn’t sure about.
Built new routines.
Found more stability than I expected.
And most of that came from the people around me, not the big milestones.

My mornings here matter.
Quick gym, fresh air, and then starting work with a clearer head.
Small rituals, but they’ve kept me steady.

I’m grateful for clients who trust me and push me to grow.
For new opportunities that came from consistency.
And honestly, nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients succeed.
Their progress always feels personal to me.

Personally, I’m grateful for health, stability, and the freedom to work from places that feel good.
Those three things shaped my whole year.

I don’t celebrate Thanksgiving myself, but I appreciate what it means for the people who do.
And who knows, I might make some turkey with cranberry sauce tonight and raise a glass anyway.
A quiet “thank you” isn’t tied to any country.
