I didn’t wait for the 1st January. 




I stepped away from the company I started.
I laced up and played more hockey.
I started taking my sleep health seriously. 
I ate like I actually liked myself.
I reached the end of dry Jan 2025 and decided to give up forever. 

Last year was transformational, not because a calendar flipped, but because I did.

There's no 'new year, new me' in real life.
There's you, on a random Thursday, deciding you've had enough.

No resolutions this year.
Just continuing the same intention: more balance, more health, more honest days.

It’s nice to welcome a fresh new year, but if nothing changes today, don’t worry about it. 

Change comes when you decide you are ready for it, not simply because the calendar exists.
