I’m a creative and results-driven marketing expert passionate about turning ideas into impact. I specialise in video and content marketing, crafting compelling videos, infographics, and social media content that brings brands to life and drives real engagement.

Currently, I lead marketing efforts at Equitas, where I help communicate the value of our Interview Intelligence Software through innovative campaigns. Beyond digital content, my background also spans event hosting, promotional marketing, and photography, skills developed in previous roles and now bring into every project I lead.

As a co-founder of Ivy Haven, a fashion accessories brand I launched with my sister, and more recently, Flexio, a startup reshaping the future of healthcare, I’ve developed a strong entrepreneurial edge and a deep understanding of brand building from the ground up.

I’m driven by a belief that marketing can be a powerful force for good. Whether in HR tech, fashion, or healthcare, I’m always eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with others who are creating an impact.

Excited to announce Equitas has acquired Screenloop, and the team could not be more excited for this new chapter.

Over the past few years, Screenloop has built an incredible product in the HR Tech Space, and it just goes to show what a team of brilliant people can build when they are super aligned on an important mission. 

The one thing that stood out for me is that Equitas and Screenloop were both aligned on 'improving quality of hire, and creating better, fairer hiring decisions'.

Exciting new chapter for the Belfast Tech Ecosystem! 🚀

Last night I attended the Techstars Belfast Launch in partnership with Ormeau Labs & Queen's University Belfast - wow 140 people in the room, founders, investors, supporters etc, the energy was incredible! 

Got the opportunity to listen to Jon Bradford’s journey - all the way from Randalstown to Ormeau Labs, some great words of wisdom shared
✅ It’s good to understand what works about your start up, but it’s even more important to understand what doesn’t work, and how to address that.
✅ As a founder, you need a level of urgency to drive forward, do those tasks today, tomorrow not next week or next month. 
✅ You have to be fixated on the customer, talk to them regularly, what are their needs, pain points, what do they like or don’t like about your product.
✅ If you want money, ask for advice 
✅ It may not be easy in the short term, but all the hard work and efforts will certainly pay off in the long term.

So nice to catch up briefly with the incredible Brendan Lowry and Claire Kelly, who have been a massive support in my founder journey.   

Massive congrats to the teams involved, super exciting to see all that’s happening in Belfast and across NI too. 2026 is going to be a fantastic year!
