When I was Head of People I was frustrated that we were happy to spend thousands on hiring new talent and yet next to nothing for investing in our newly promoted managers. 

This often resulted in issues within the team through to attrition, creating more problems for the business and our growth targets.

I built the ManagerOS to help guide first time managers go from lost to leading. The workshops I run focus on key aspects of moving into this role for the first time. This was something I was looking for when I was first promoted to a manager role.
