I'm obsessed with building systems that actually work. In my role in Revenue Operations, I partner with sales and marketing leadership to create the operational backbone that lets teams focus on what they do best instead of fighting broken processes.

What drives me is making the revenue engine run smoothly and predictably. I do this through three main areas:

Fixing GTM processes. I know the B2B SaaS funnel inside and out, and I've rebuilt everything from lead routing to forecast models. My goal is always the same: faster cycles, better conversion, and teams that are actually aligned on how things should work.

Making data useful. I build dashboards and reporting systems (Tableau, Power BI, SQL) that tell you what's actually happening in the business not just what you hope is happening. Good data challenges your assumptions and shows you where to focus.

Optimizing the tech stack. I'm hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, and automation platforms like n8n and Zapier. I love eliminating repetitive work and making sure data flows cleanly between systems without constant manual cleanup.
