For over 20 years, I’ve worked as a strategic planning facilitator and organizational performance consultant, helping leadership teams see where strategy, structure, and human capacity are misaligned and make the hard decisions required to correct them.

Facilitation is the core of my work. Not facilitation as “running meetings,” but as a disciplined way of making complex systems visible. This means surfacing tradeoffs, clarifying accountability, and creating the conditions for real commitment rather than superficial agreement.

3. AI Readiness and Human Integration
AI didn’t create most organizational dysfunction. It is accelerating it. I facilitate conversations and design processes that help organizations assess whether their human systems can absorb AI’s pace and integrate it without overwhelming people or destabilizing performance.
