The Census is an incredible undertaking of multiple short-term operations. At peak, the Census employed 1.5 million temporary workers in 2010, where nothing existed until 24 months prior. The operational flux was both challenging and rewarding.

I INFORMED THE STUDENT POPULATION ABOUT TWO GRANTS ON ONE PIECE OF PAPER. SEEMED LOGICAL SINCE STUDENTS ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR WORK EITHER INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE UNIVERSITY. IT PUT THE UNIVERSITY AT TOO MUCH RISK.

Consulting with local businesses to enhance their diversity recruitment, EEO and affirmative action strategies.  Constructing options for employees who became ill due to disease or injury, enabling them to maintain employment, thus reducing businesses turnover.
