My role with Accubits is shifting as our organisation pivots from a predominantly services organisation to a product organisation.  I’m charged with advising and guiding the development and launch of a portfolio company within the Australia and New Zealand region that will provide advanced Self Sovereign Identification solutions to governments and enterprises, while also working closely with our portfolio company mistEO on their growth journey.

As an Agile Delivery Lead and Coach, I've been responsible for coordinating significant technology deliveries while also upskilling key clients in agile ways of working :
- Agile Coach assisting in the development and implementation of an Agile Delivery Framework for a multinational Wealth and Superannuation organisation.  This included initatiing and upskilling various cross functional delivery teams across Melbourne, Sydney and Wollongong.  I was also responsible for developing and conducting several training courses for all levels of the organisation including delivery and support teams as well as Senior Executives and Department Heads.  
- Agile Delivery Lead and Analyst for a greenfields cloud implementation and integration into on-premises enterprise resource planning solution.  Helping a distributed cross-functional team deliver successfully and continuously improve, while also building key client relationships.
- Developed an innovation product roadmap including epics and user stories for a Big 4 Banking and Financial Services client

I initially joined as an Agile Business Analyst but quickly moved into the role of an Iteration Manager to lead a team of 8 cross-functional developers and testers:
- Successfully delivered a suite of API's to allow for the integration of the Vitality product with a significant superannuation partner's mobile application and systems
- Successfully delivered several enhancements to the internal Member Management Portal
- Helped manage the expectations of all stakeholders, engaged with user interface designers, developed partner and internal documentation, and contributed to the ongoing development of agile practices within the organisation

Over this time, I assisted in the completion of a department Agile Maturity audit and developing a framework for improvement, and also initiating and upskilling two separate cross-functional delivery teams.

Within Telstra's Retail Ops team, I was the Senior Business Analyst on a team responsible for the implementation of Pega for a Retail Compliance Team to assist in the workflow and case management for the remediation of orders.  This included:

- Requirements elicitation and elaboration through several workshops with stakeholders
- Development of scripts and coordiantion of user acceptance testing activities
