Need to find talent to solve a big internal problem? That's a sales problem. Need to raise capital. Definitely a sales problem. 

Because sales is about developing a process for identifying issues, finding solutions, and then providing the necessary support required to convince everyone involved that the promised benefit is worth the aggravation and expense fixing the problem. That's what I do. I build and run sales processes, and then I build and run continuous improvement processes for the sales process so it doesn't go stale.
