I  worked closely with wineries across Europe and customer Supply Chains to ensure the wine was delivered on time and of high quality to retailers around the world. This included project managing new product development through to managing sales data and customer relationships. This fast-paced and required excellent organisation, multitasking and problem solving, plus excellent communication.

I managed a team of 18 Trainers, Quality Assessors and Coaches. The customer journey was the heart of everything we delivered.

Moved to an in-house model to save money on outsourcing to Recruitment Agents and encouraged and delivered continual improvement to ensure the recruitment team are ‘best in class’.
