• Managing guest tickets, sales reporting and invoicing.

As a professional voice actor, storytelling is everything to me.

I have many roles at Hybrid Legal as is often the case with a Director of an SME!
 
My main role is working with Ryan Lisk and the rest of the team to ensure we deliver a first-class service to our clients – both existing and new.
 
This involves me spending time with our clients to understand their businesses and the challenges they face and how we can help them protect and grow those businesses. It’s the most exciting and interesting element to my job – particularly as we deal with such a diverse range of clients.
 
I also maintain and develop relationships with our partners who refer clients to Hybrid and vice-versa.
 
As well as generally helping Ryan run and develop our business, I’m responsible for our team of experienced and expert Associates who provide legal guidance and advice to our clients.
 
I bring a wealth of experience from my 28 years in financial services and in particular, my 15 years at Standard Life in senior positions where I helped a broad range of businesses develop and implement their employee benefit programs.
