As a Commercial Operations Traffic Administrator, I was responsible for entering accurate rotations and scheduling for regional networks for daily spots and commercial inventory.  Also interacted with On-Air and Broadcast Operations, Media Services and Ad Agencies.  Worked with entire Commercial Ops Team to manage operations in a time sensitive, fast-paced environment & improve time management skills.

•	Coordinated accurate scheduling of commercials.
•	Communicated with multiple departments and agencies.
•	Obtained proper traffic and materials in house for scheduling.
•	Processed multiple logs and grids daily.
•	Maintained zero errors while handling millions of dollars of inventory throughout the year.
•	Experienced working with over 10 different networks.
•	Managed multiple networks simultaneously when needed.

Commercial Operations/Traffic Administrator

Fox Sports Net

Duties included overseeing execution of on-air contingency plans; assisting the Manager with employee scheduling; reviewed employee schedules; conducted weekly programming previews; administered the consortium conference bridge; and reviewed weekly status reports.

•	Helped Master Control Operators transition to and from live games.
•	Adjusted programming for time when games ran long or short. 
•	Filled missing time with promos, cut segments, adjusted breaks to get back on time for next program.
•	Approved make-goods for commercials that had to be moved or adjusted due to game content.
•	Provided switching information for button pushes to take audience to different satellite groups.

Day Of Air Supervisor

Duties included preparing playlist for outgoing programs to air by timing out shows and verifying that all of the commercials from the logs matched the playlists.

•	Verified on-air playlist scheduled correct programs and commercials.
•	Timed out commercials and promos with some additions and subtractions to make shows stay on time.
•	Completed Discrepancy reports when anything aired that did not match the log.

•	Record Tape Feeds for programs.
•	Dial correct satellites for feeds and live broadcasting.
•	Ingested new commercials and promos.
•	Viewed children’s programming tapes to make sure they were in compliance of FCC rules.

•	Set up appointments to video home tours for real estate.  Schedule was created.
•	Appointments were sent via company phone texts from Sales with real estate client info.
•	Set up camera equipment at multiple properties to take number of video tours ordered by client.
•	Spoke with Sales Manager and District Manager about progress and issues when needed.
•	Prepared job details and worked completed reports to send to District Manager for paid reimbursement.

My passion for television and film has brought me to this moment in my life.  We all have different motivations that drive us, and my business drive is to continue to be involved in the television and film industry that I love so much.  

After 20 years with Fox and Disney, I accepted a freelance position with Big Ten Network to once again work with a great group of people that I had the pleasure of working with years ago through Fox/Disney.  My freelance position ended in April (2022) and I enjoyed every minute of working with a great team.

The regional sports networks I have worked on for so many years was bought by Disney, then in turn sold to Sinclair (while still being managed by Disney until the transition completed in November of 2021).  It was a great pleasure to be associated with such giants in the industry and I will always appreciate and treasure my experience with these great companies.

Moving forward, I will be focusing on my voice over business. Allowing myself to go back to my creative roots and focus on my voice (vo, voiceover, voice-over) business, where I will work as a voiceover artist, will be very fulfilling and inspiring. I will be able to lend my voice to a multitude of businesses and entrepreneurs who are seeking female voice talent for a wide range of projects for audio books, narration, commercials, promos, e-learning, explainer videos and many more.  I love the feeling of providing a creative service and I am very excited to devote more time to this endeavor.  

I will also be offering freelance business services in addition to my creative business for voice over.  Abilities I can bring to the table for businesses are detail, careful and critical thinking, ability to prioritize while multi-tasking, big picture thinking, working remotely, and meeting tight deadlines.   Additionally, I am a great team player, work well with or without supervision, and can be available for any hours needed.
