•	Responsible for delivery, supporting multiple corporate accounts ensuring consistent achievement of service levels and KPI’s
•	Responsible for creation and implementation of applicant attraction and offer sourcing strategies both through media and online
•	Determine the direction and priorities of the recruitment function, to ensure ongoing business development and growth, Facilitated the implementation of company HR practices, procedures and policies, creation of best practice recruitment toolkit 
•	Deliver timely and responsive management of candidates, including administration, client briefs and all activity around payroll and invoicing 
•	Reviews of current market trends to assess the branches competitive position
