I’m a Senior Strategic Sales Manager who believes the best ideas don’t come from a boardroom, they come from the people actually using your product. Throughout my career, I’ve helped turn real customer feedback into real product improvements, working closely with product and marketing teams to roll out updates that make a measurable difference.

One of my biggest wins was shaping the CubiCasa Preferred Photographer Program. By rethinking how we positioned the program and making it easier for photographers to see the value, we saw a major spike in inbound interest. That growth led to broader adoption across the U.S. and a solid lift in revenue.

Now, in my current role, I’m focused on converting more of our free users into paid ones by continuing to refine the Plus package and expanding our Preferred Pro partnership program. The goal? Help photographers earn more per shoot and give them better tools to stand out in a competitive market.

I’m hands-on with strategy, sales, and product feedback loops, and I’m always looking for new ways to create value, both for our users and for the business.

In addition to my professional achievements, I’ve personally shared insights and authored articles featured on platforms like Zapier, Forbes, Authority Magazine, Social Champ, and Selling Signals. Founder & CEO

At Intelus Agency, I productized LinkedIn lead generation and content marketing via a SaaS selling model, the first of its kind in the industry. As a bootstrapped company with zero investors or partners, I scaled the company from $1k per month with a single client to over six figures in 2 years using a combination of inbound content marketing, strategic outreach, and growth-hacking techniques. 
 
Sales Forecasting & Marketing Budget Allocation: I accurately forecasted annual sales projections based on annual historical sales data and sales pipeline forecasts from Freshworks CRM and Freddie AI. Using our sales projections, I established base and stretch goals with bonuses and incentives for the sales & marketing team to exceed our goals at least 7 months out of the year. 

Multi-Channel Outbound Playbook Creation:  I crafted proven data-driven prospecting strategies for cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, Upwork video outreach, cold calling on different personas, and developing personalized outreach campaigns based on their unique use case. While building and validating an effective outreach playbook, I simultaneously created sales training and enablement materials for SDRs and AEs. 

SaaS + Service Product Development: I analyzed competitive solutions to identify gaps in the market demand and what was offered. Armed with research and a passion for giving customers a better solution for generating leads on LinkedIn without spamming people or tarnishing their reputation in the industry, I developed a truly unique lead generation service with a strong focus on a hands-on relationship-driven approach with very little to reliance on automated messaging solutions. In addition to revolutionizing the B2B lead generation service industry, I developed a unique approach to LinkedIn ads and content marketing by strategically leveraging data which enabled us to reduce wasted marketing spend and achieve a lower cost per lead.

Over the past 4 years I’ve helped over 300 clients build profitable businesses while experiencing the time freedom they deserve. 

We do that by delegating day-to-day operations to Virtual Assistants, and streamlining processes for sustainable scaling.

New Zealand is stunning.

Been driving 2-5 hours per day for the past week.

When I’m not on the road I’m either hiking somewhere beautiful, catching up with clients or building new AI workflows for our VAs to implement.

Business gets hard at times,

but even the toughest times beat driving to work at a job for 10 hours a day, 5 days a week for 40 years.

Grateful for the lessons learnt at the lows as much as the triumphs earned at the highs.

Plus,

nothing beats owning a business that gives you the freedom to travel and work from anywhere around the world.

Cheers to building the life that you want and not settling for anything less, even if that means taking the hard route. 💪

Just spent the day exploring Milford Sounds, New Zealand while the business ran without me. 

4 years ago I was buried so deep in the weeds that anxiety will build up the moment I step away from the work desk. 

A long weekend was out of the question, let alone a 2-week vacation halfway across the world. 

Back then, I thought being a good business owner meant being responsive all the time, jumping on to every opportunity before it’s too late, and shouldering every responsibility. 

But as the business grew, so did the amount of tasks that needed to be taken care of. 

It got to the point where 80% of my days were spent bouncing between answering DMs and catching up with daily operations. 

And by the time I’m finally done fighting fires, I had no bandwidth or creativity left to actually grow the business. 💀

If any of this is relatable, the question becomes… “How the heck can I turn my business from a labor-driven hamster wheel into a process-driven asset that gives me the profit & freedom I want?” 

Here’s the 2 part answer: 

1) Ruthlessly simplifying and systemizing workflows across Traffic → Nurture → Convert → Onboard → Retain → Ascend. 

2) Handing off those workflows to AI-trained assistants to execute them for you. 

In that order. 

👉At the end of the day, your business has 2 jobs – turn strangers into clients, and turn clients into advocates. 

If there’s no clear process for doing so, hiring contractors, increasing ad spend or shopping for AI tools will only lead to a waste of time and money. 

The race car (operating system) must come first, before we plug in the driver (AI tools & people).

Understanding this not only helped systemize my business for scale, it also helped me leverage my time tremendously by delegating those systems to robots and humans. 

Leverage creates lifestyle. 🗻

Here's what nobody tells you: most of the offers that promises more clients fail because they are incomplete solution.

In order to get clients predictably and consistently, you need a marketing strategy, marketing assistants and marketing tools.

But if any of these pieces are missing, you won’t get results.

Welcome to the last month of the first quarter. 

Most people would’ve forgotten about the goals they’ve set on January 1st by now. 

If that’s you, no judgement. But here’s a solid kick in the butt if you want 2026 to be different. 

Because if last year is looking the same as the year before which looks the same as the year before… 

we’re not dealing with a discipline problem, a tactical problem or a resource problem. 

We’re dealing with a programming problem. 🧠

Here’s what’s actually happening: 

When you keep repeating the same results and living out the same reality REGARDLESS of what goals you set, 

we’re dealing with an upper limit, and no amount of hard work, discipline or tactics is gonna fix that. 

You must hijack your brain to unlock a new level of performance, and have it magnetize the reality you want rather than sucking you back to the reality you have been living in. 

🔓Part of this involves tricking your reticular activating system (RAS). 

🔓Another part involves eliminating triggers that are quietly sabotaging your performance. 

Before mastering operations, marketing and delegation, this is the single most important linchpin that allowed me to create lasting breakthroughs. 

From burnt out veterinary surgeon to solopreneur, and from solopreneur to a leveraged founder. 

The life I live isn’t created by the goals I’ve set, but by the way my mind is reprogrammed for higher achievement.

There are two kinds of businesses. 

The kind that serves as an asset that gives you the freedom you want, 

and the kind that just takes it away from you. 

Most businesses start off simple, maybe with one social profile and a google folder. 

Then for some reason, it turns into a monster made up of different tactics, funnels, notion boards, clickup spaces, contractors, and software… 

held together by one stressed out person who’s also being bombarded with DMs from 6 different channels. 

When you’re no longer having fun, and don’t remember when’s the last time you’ve taken a real vacation… 

The answer isn’t to add another 10 hours to your work week just so you can squeeze out another 10% growth. 

The foundational systems must be rebuilt, so that it can support the next leg up instead of crumbling on top of itself.

The past 6 months have felt nonstop with everything happening between wedding planning, rebuilding Polaris’ acquisition channels, and getting our marketing VAs to become AI powered. 

Now that the business is in flow and daily operations are handled by our EA, recruiter, social media manager and GHL / marketing tech operator…

I absolutely CAN’T WAIT to spend the next 10 days bathing in nature, resetting my nervous system, savouring good food and creating memories that I’ll cherish for life.

There’s no better way to do so than with the barbell framework.

Successful entrepreneurs are masters at weaponizing risk.

“It feels like you’re cheating on me with your business.”

That’s what my girlfriend, now wife, said to me one night in 2021.

While the business was growing and the numbers looked great on paper, I was struggling to stay on top of everything,
and since I knew nothing about protecting boundaries back then, work eventually bled into areas in life that matter most.

What she said to me back then was a wake up call – not only because it stung, but also because my last relationship ended from me being cheated on.

I couldn’t just say “I’m doing this for us” and continue grinding away.
I had to make a change before something breaks.

So I went ahead and hired my first ever marketing assistant.

On week 1, I delegated everything involving outreaches, follow ups, and pipeline tracking.

On week 2, I delegated everything involving cloning funnels, setting up automations, and managing email deliverability.

By the end of the month, not only did I free up 20 hours per week, the business also hit a new revenue record.

I was happy, my new marketing assistant was happy, and my girlfriend was happy.

While business growth can be addictive, and you might feel like you’re the only person who can do things right…

The modus operandi that got you to where you are won’t get you to where you want to be.

At least not in a way that’s sustainable, scalable and fun.

Delegate. Protect your boundaries. Scale with leverage, not labour. 🏰

I used to be trapped on a treadmill because whenever I hit on a strategy that works, I'll just say: "Great, now I have a working strategy."

What got me out of the treadmill is taking the extra step and asking: "Now that I have a working strategy, how can I turn it into a system so it continues to work without me?”

While hard work and discipline can produce 2X growth, it is systems and leverage that produces 10X growth.
