Strategic Sales Manager

As an SDR at CubiCasa, I have generated over $5 million in the sales pipeline, booked and ran 100's of customer demos, closed nationwide enterprise deals, and implemented new systems and processes which have transformed the way our sales team operates. When I started, there were very limited sales processes in place, almost no marketing automation, and zero lead qualification criteria in place to differentiate between MQLs & SQLs. I am a process nerd, so I created my own processes, many of which were approved for implementation. 

Challenges & Achievements: On challenge I've encountered as a salesperson was the ever-increasing volume of inbound signups & meetings, but no way to filter, qualify and prioritize deals. In addition to centralizing communication in the CRM for better sales & marketing alignment with tools like Kixie, I've also piloted & implemented marketing automation technology to empower our sales team with the tools necessary to prioritize the largest & hottest deals.

I’m a Senior Strategic Sales Manager who believes the best ideas don’t come from a boardroom, they come from the people actually using your product. As a bootstrapped company with zero investors or partners, I scaled the company from $1k per month with a single client to over six figures in 2 years using a combination of inbound content marketing, strategic outreach, and growth-hacking techniques. 
 
Sales Forecasting & Marketing Budget Allocation: I accurately forecasted annual sales projections based on annual historical sales data and sales pipeline forecasts from Freshworks CRM and Freddie AI. Using our sales projections, I established base and stretch goals with bonuses and incentives for the sales & marketing team to exceed our goals at least 7 months out of the year. 

Multi-Channel Outbound Playbook Creation:  I crafted proven data-driven prospecting strategies for cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, Upwork video outreach, cold calling on different personas, and developing personalized outreach campaigns based on their unique use case. While building and validating an effective outreach playbook, I simultaneously created sales training and enablement materials for SDRs and AEs. 

SaaS + Service Product Development: I analyzed competitive solutions to identify gaps in the market demand and what was offered. Armed with research and a passion for giving customers a better solution for generating leads on LinkedIn without spamming people or tarnishing their reputation in the industry, I developed a truly unique lead generation service with a strong focus on a hands-on relationship-driven approach with very little to reliance on automated messaging solutions. As an example of loss reduction and revenue generation during a tour noticed associates discussing an apparel inventory issue. Upon further conversations, the store was receiving too many jean sizes that were not selling. After further research they realized the product had been mis -SKU’d nationally. Once the issue was resolved millions in sales were added to top-line revenue over the next quarters. Won “Store Ambassador of the Year” Award. 

•	Chosen to, adhered to strict guidelines, and utilized highly skilled driving capabilities with its purpose to represent driver professionalism and eliminate the common stereotype of professional truck drivers. Selected as one of eight drivers out of over 10,000 to represent the Walmart Road Team nationwide. Lee Scott, CEO made a public statement that “the final selections stood head and shoulders above any other contestants.” The first year received the jacket as an alternate. In the following years, he received the jacket for the Road team. The only driver to receive two Road Team jackets is pictured in the Walmart Museum in Bentonville, Arkansas as best of the best and Drivers Handbook. 

•	Educated, represented, and developed curriculum for young drivers and teenagers in Virginia school districts, on awareness of safety programs to help them understand the necessity of the industry and apprise them of the inherent dangers of big trucks and roadway safety in conjunction with Virginia's driver education programs. Received the VADETS Award. (Virginia Association Driver Education Training Schools)
