Strategic Sales Manager

As an SDR at CubiCasa, I have generated over $5 million in the sales pipeline, booked and ran 100's of customer demos, closed nationwide enterprise deals, and implemented new systems and processes which have transformed the way our sales team operates. When I started, there were very limited sales processes in place, almost no marketing automation, and zero lead qualification criteria in place to differentiate between MQLs & SQLs. I am a process nerd, so I created my own processes, many of which were approved for implementation. 

Challenges & Achievements: On challenge I've encountered as a salesperson was the ever-increasing volume of inbound signups & meetings, but no way to filter, qualify and prioritize deals.
