Hi everyone! My two passions are simple: SALES and helping others! 

As the Co-Founder of Interlix Staffing, and what drives me every day is bridging the gap between remote elite talent in Latin America and businesses in the U.S. 

From an early age, I’ve been selling, whether it was securing a full-ride scholarship to Babson College, launching Interlix Staffing, or being featured in Forbes. Sales has always been the foundation of my success, and it’s the same principle that fuels Interlix Staffing today.

Everyone is talking about Venezuela right now.
But not for the right reasons.

What rarely gets talked about is the talent.

Venezuela has one of the most resilient and resourceful talent pools in Latin America.
People who have learned to solve problems under pressure, adapt fast, and keep moving forward no matter the circumstances.

That mindset shows up in their work every single day.

Our own team is proof of this.

There’s something our Operations Manager, Gabriel Arteaga Gonzalez, who is based in Caracas, says all the time:

“Yo resuelvo.”

It’s a Venezuelan phrase that means
I’ll figure it out. No excuses.

Many of the professionals we’ve placed with our clients are proudly based in Venezuela.
