Worlds first marketing agency now part of WPP.  My role was to design, deliver and train staff in my bespoke innovation process - The 'Ideas Generator', and the building to house it was one of the results.  Using the process, further marketing, branding, packaging and communication techniques were developed.  Trained facilitators delivered the processes and the approach also developed into the basis of a coaching program.  I facilitated many new product and brand developments with AVG Clients. My role developed to coach 14 Directors and members of the Group Board and I joined the Group Board as a Non-Executive Director.  When I started in 1993 the company had some 50 staff and this grew to over 1000 with offices across the world.  A merger with Tempus and then a take-over by WPP completed my engagement in 2001
