Responsible for the stabilization of $30M office acquisition consisting of two buildings totaling 200,000 square feet.

Actively managed the updating of ARGUS files for existing 3.1 million square foot portfolio; calculated monthly projections utilizing ARGUS for current portfolio with values ranging from $4 million to $700 million.  Abstracted leases of existing portfolio (over 1,100 tenants) with team of three associates; confirmed ARGUS files and accounting systems were accurate against abstract findings.
