Strategy
Responsible for developing and implementing GANNIs longterm growth strategy and market entry strategies. I effectively developed and executed GANNIs Chinese G2M planned focussed on digital presence across the Chinese ecosystem and TMall as center of the strategy, followed by retail openings. 

Business development 
Functioned as in-house consultant solving complex problems enabling our business to improve or scale faster. Eg. run an extensive project focused on reducing returns globally, a key KPI to our shareholders. Also, started up GANNIs first franchise partnerships.

Innovation & Circular business models
Working with founder Nicolaj Reffstrup, I had end-to-end ownership of Recommerce business (Rental, resell and recycling), building new businessmodels from scratch as GANNIs inhouse entrepreneur. GANNI has an ambitious target of resale constituting of 10% of revenue by 2025.
