2) Initiated a process optimization proposal at Spring/Summer by exploring a Project Management Software to replace Google Sheets. Although the onboarding process began, the project was halted due to budget constraints.

NON-PROFIT FESTIVAL 

As General Project Manager of the Egmont Festival, an annual non-profit event held every August that attracts around 4,500 to 5,000 attendees over three days, I was responsible for overseeing various aspects of the festival, including:

Project management: I developed and executed project plans, managed timelines and budgets, and ensured timely delivery of all festival components.

People management: I supervised a team of volunteers, assigned tasks, and provided guidance to ensure smooth operations during the festival.

Risk management: I identified potential risks and developed contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring the safety and well-being of festival attendees, staff, and volunteers.

Sponsorship management: I secured sponsors, developed partnerships, and maintained positive relationships with sponsors and partners, ensuring their needs were met and their contributions were properly acknowledged.

Team leadership: I led and motivated a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring everyone worked collaboratively and efficiently towards achieving the festival's goals.

Public speaking: I represented the festival at public events, delivered speeches and presentations, and communicated with media outlets to promote the festival and ensure its success.

My experience as General Project Manager of the Egmont Festival allowed me to develop strong skills in project management, people management, risk management, sponsorship management, team leadership, and public speaking.

I worked with the event team with five others from 2015 - 2016 and from 2016-2017 I was promoted to General Project Manager.
