L'IA a créé un paradoxe : jamais il n'a été aussi facile de produire du contenu ou une offre, et jamais il n'a été aussi difficile de se faire remarquer.

Je ne suis pas une "technicienne du prompt" née l'année dernière. Je suis une spécialiste de l'innovation et du business avec 30 ans d'expérience dans les secteurs les plus exigeants (Pharma, Aéronautique, Santé).

J'ai travaillé 15 ans en innovation pour des géants comme Airbus, Ariane, Safran ou Accor, et j'ai appris une vérité universelle : sur les marchés saturés, c'est la singularité qui gagne.

Le problème ? Si vous utilisez l'IA comme 99 % des gens (pour aller plus vite et produire "du kilomètre" de texte), vous courez un risque majeur : la standardisation. 

Vos offres, vos messages et votre marque finissent par ressembler à ceux de tout le monde. C'est le chemin le plus court vers l'invisibilité.

Mon approche est inverse. Je n'utilise pas l'IA pour faire "comme les autres en moins de temps", mais pour faire ce que les autres ne font pas.

Ma mission : Transformer l'IA en levier de différenciation.
Aujourd'hui, je combine cette rigueur stratégique avec la puissance de l'IA pour aider les dirigeants de PME, consultants et entrepreneurs à :

Sortir de l'océan de la concurrence ("Sea of Sameness")
Créer des offres "bestsellers" impossibles à ignorer
Débusquer des angles d'attaque uniques que l'IA "standard" ne vous donnera jamais spontanément

La preuve par l'exemple ? 
J'ai appliqué cette méthode à ma propre activité. Résultat : +44 % de CA en 12 mois et une visibilité décuplée sur LinkedIn.

•	The introduction of two new policies: Teaching, Learning & Assessment and Appraisal
•	Refocusing staff training with learning visits and SSAT TEEP programme
•	Successful marketing strategy for the open evening (potential Year 7) with 1500 visitors. 
•	New website and social media presence.
•	Project with KPMG focusing on staff mentoring, women in leadership.
•	Project with Apple resulting in the set up of an Apple Digital Team 
•	Setting up a Health and Mental Well Being team. 
•	Redesigning three learning environment to promote learning.

Some of the many successes were: 
•	5A*-C improved by 35% to 90% & 5A*-C including English and Maths improved by 25% to 70%. The school moved from ‘satisfactory’ to ‘good’ in May 2012 (Ofsted). 
•	A successful coaching culture for all staff, with JTI profiling focusing on leadership conversations (Harvard Research).
•	Targeted learning visits to outstanding schools (nationally and internationally) to share best practice and look for next practice.
•	Successful bid to Education Funding Agency to become a converter academy in September 2013 
•	Invited to DFE to attend a coaching and mentoring seminar to influence Leadership in education at ministerial level.

Bradfield Secondary School

I modelled the way by leading training workshops for staff and I facilitated changes to improve the school’s performance and learning environment. Some of the many successes were: 
•	A 22 million project on the creation of a new school (new buildings).
•	A direct impact on results with an increased number of A* in the sciences, with Biology rising from 20% to 37%, Chemistry (5% to 24%), Physics (5% to 24%); in History (3% to 12%), French (8% to 14%), and Geography (4% to 10%). 
•	In August 2009 showed that 30% of our students were achieving A*A grades. 
•	Engaging our students (through Student Voice), co-constructing with them on home-learning and lesson design. 
•	Significant improvements in results from 2008 to 2009: English Language (71% to 75%), Biology (94% to 100%), Chemistry (82% to 100%), and Physics (85% to 97%).

I enabled others by working on a Making Good Progress pilot for English and Maths in South Tyneside, with oversight of 35 primary and secondary schools. This led to a successful RAG by DCSF, the successful recruitment of 30 tutors for 1-to-1 tuition in English and Maths, and a learning Platform for Pilot Leaders to share good practice. It also enabled me to develop collaborative work with Primary SIPs and North-East SIPs Managers. I engaged with all the Headteachers concerned, discussing assessment and tracking progress in reading, writing and maths, and worked with them to implement APP (standardised judgements by providing criteria), and transition processes between feeder schools and secondary schools.

Seconded to lead on Making Good Progress (KS2/KS3: English and Maths) pilot

Jarrow School

I inspired a shared vision: I wrote the school development plan at Jarrow School, underpinned by the ECM agenda and as part of the new FMSIS. The three-year costs were praised by the Audit team, and the OFSTED team commented in March 2007 that ‘the school development plan establishes an uncompromising agenda for improvement’. Results improved from 39% 5A*-C in 2006 to 53% in August 2007.

Cramlington Learning Village

I am passionate about creativity and innovation. My experience on the ICT Steering group in Northumberland to design a county wide VLE enabled me to influence the design of the first VLE at  Cramlington Learning Village by making best use of the learning platform, by developing online assessment with personalised feedback, online collaboration with other local, national and international schools, and engaging parents.
