3 Zeichen, dass IT und Business aneinander vorbeireden.

Was dann passiert:

➥  Frust auf beiden Seiten.

Es ist eine fehlende gemeinsame Ausrichtung, die Teams hier trennt.

Erst wenn IT und Business dieselbe Führungsstory teilen, entsteht Geschwindigkeit:

♦  identische Prioritäten
♦  klare Rollen
♦  weniger Reibung

Und das kostet dich Nachfrage, Tempo und Umsatz.

Wachstum entsteht nicht durch mehr Features.

Es entsteht, wenn der Markt deine Führung versteht.

Positionierung ist kein Marketing – sie ist ein Umsatzhebel.

Du kannst ein starkes Geschäft führen und trotzdem Wirkung verlieren.

Nicht, weil du schlecht führst.

Nein, weil dein Umfeld nicht klar erkennt, wofür du stehst.

Das ist der Punkt, an dem viele CEOs ihren größten Aha-Moment haben:

Deine Führung zählt erst dann, wenn sie für Investoren, das Board und dein Leadership-Team eindeutig lesbar ist.

Ich habe das auf C-Level oft gesehen:

Der CEO liefert operativ.

Strategie klar.

Prioritäten gesetzt.

Und trotzdem entstehen Diskussionen, die Zeit kosten und Vertrauen entziehen.

Woran du erkennst, dass du ein Wahrnehmungsproblem hast:

Du erklärst dieselben Dinge in jedem Meeting neu.

Das ist kein Kommunikationsproblem. Das ist fehlende Eindeutigkeit.

Dein Leadership-Team priorisiert unterschiedlich.

Das zeigt, dass deine Story nicht sitzt.

Investoren fragen tiefer nach, obwohl die Zahlen stimmen.

Dann geht es nicht um Zahlen, sondern um Vertrauen.

CEOs verlieren an Tempo, wenn ihre Führung nur intern klar ist – aber extern nicht greift.

Die Lösung ist pragmatisch und wirkt sofort:

Eine Story, die jeder in zwei Sätzen wiedergeben kann.

Intern. Extern. Auf Investorenseite.

Wenn diese Klarheit sitzt, verändert sich alles:

Teams folgen sauberer.

Boards vertrauen schneller.

Investoren stellen weniger Fragen und geben mehr Rückhalt.

Du führst mit weniger Reibung und mehr Wirkung.

Führung wirkt erst dann, wenn sie eindeutig ist.

Und diese Eindeutigkeit ist heute der Unterschied zwischen Druck und Durchschlagskraft.

Keine Kunden, weil dein USP wie jeder andere klingt.


Viele Berater, Interim Manager, Anwälte und Executive Advisors haben ein Problem, das sie ungern zugeben:

Sie wissen nicht, wie sie ihren USP formulieren sollen, ohne austauschbar zu wirken.

➘ Du schreibst über Aufgaben.
➘ Du beschreibst Methoden.
➘ Du zeigst Erfahrung.

Aber das überzeugt Entscheider nicht.

➼  Sie wollen Klarheit.
➼  Fokus.
➼  Unterscheidbarkeit.

Wenn du zu breit kommunizierst, wirkst du wie viele andere.

Wenn du zu technisch wirst, versteht dich keiner.

Und wenn du zu vage bleibst, landet das Mandat bei jemand anderem.

Dein USP entscheidet, ob du wahrgenommen wirst, oder übersehen.

Ob du Vertrauen aufbaust, oder austauschbar bleibst.

Die größte Illusion im Vertrieb? 


Dass Technologie Probleme löst, die eigentlich die Führung lösen muss.

Kundenerwartungen steigen, alles wird schneller, Teams sind überfordert und viele hoffen, dass Tools oder KI die Antwort sind.

Klar, sie kann beschleunigen, unterstützen, automatisieren.

Aber wer gibt die Richtung vor? 

Wer priorisiert, wenn alles gleichzeitig passiert?
Diese Fragen stellen sich gerade viele, auch auf dem Sales Summit -
The Future of Sales.

In Panel Vertriebsexperten im Gespräch,  habe ich genau dazu mit fünf Vertriebsverantwortlichen aus fünf verschiedenen Branchen gesprochen:

✅ Wie sich Kundenverhalten verändert
✅ Welche Strukturen sich ändern müssen
✅ Warum Führung nicht wegdigitalisiert werden kann und gerade jetzt den Unterschied macht

Am Ende war eines klar:

Wir brauchen weniger Tool-Talk und  wieder mehr Fokus auf den Kunden.

Wie schaffst du den Spagat zwischen KI-Effizienz und echter Kundennähe?

Es schadet nichts mehr im C-Level als zu späte Entscheidungen, weil sie dein Tempo killen.


Zum Jahresende sehe ich bei vielen Führungsteams das gleiche Muster.

Entscheidungen rutschen ins nächste Quartal. Prioritäten verlieren Schärfe. Alle warten auf mehr Sicherheit.

In dieser Zeit geht Momentum verloren.

In Transformations- oder Wachstumsphasen verlierst du selten durch falsche Entscheidungen, sondern durch zu späte.

Das kostet dich Kapital und blockiert deinen Start in 2026.

Ich sehe das in meiner Arbeit mit CEOs. Zu viele akzeptable Optionen. Zu wenig klare Prioritäten. Zu viel internes Rauschen.

Ich nenne das Decision Drag.

Decision Drag entsteht nicht, weil dir Wissen fehlt. Er entsteht, weil Reibung deinen Blick verengt. Projekte bleiben liegen. Chancen verschieben sich und die  
Teams verlieren Tempo.

wie löst du das? Indem du Klarheit schaffst. Prioritäten setzt und Lärm reduzierst. Du entscheidest schneller, weil du Führung nicht delegierst.

Entscheidungsgeschwindigkeit ist Führung.
