•	Created first centralized research department in the history of the company.  Developed overall strategy and led research efforts.  Hired, trained, and managed team of internal researchers and outside consultants.  Managed budget.  Designed yearly research plans for over 30 PC, console, handheld, online, MMORPG, subscription and mobile franchises.  Coordinated international research efforts in Europe and Asia/Pacific regions.

I began my career as an educational consultant, studying how kids learn and play through technology.  I'm also a veteran of four startups, including companies backed by Accel, Kleiner Perkins, and NEA.
