I started working in the theatre when I was 11. With a lifetime spent working behind the scenes in live entertainment, I learned how to create new things from scratch with nothing more than an idea.  Thinking outside of the box and working toward a tangible goal was my job for a long time. 

Now, as a certified life coach, I help women over 40 design and achieve their greatest life goals. Helping women find energy and hope when they thought it was long gone is what I truly thrive on!
