Delighted a telecommunications client by delivering global customer care and marketing workflow as well as in depth workflow based training for 200+ users in 10 countries in 2 weeks. 

Exceeded unicorn software company's expectations through the delivery of complex user profiling surfacing qualified leads to their sales team via automation. This significantly reduced lead identification time and increased lead to sale ratio. 

Piloted the Ads module, becoming the first Enablment Product Expert for Ads (Ads EPEs). In this committee role, I designed the methodology by which Enablement Consultants were trained on the module. Using continues improvement model to close gaps, deepen knowledge, and grow the number of Ads EPEs.
