Hello there! A few things about me: 

- My favorite thing about what I do, besides eating ice cream, is coaching and training our young workforce. They are amazing.

- I live on a 23 acre farm with my family where we raise chickens, cows, sheep, goats, guinea fowl, turkeys... and of course have 4 dogs and a barn cat. 

- I have a Substack newsletter where I write about entrepreneurship in the food industry, growing up in the restaurant biz, and raising a family in the middle of it all.
