3 months ago, we had a crazy “what if” moment.

The trip was planned as a short round trip and extended due to travel restrictions. I took the opportunity to stay in another country, learn the culture and the language. I was allowed to gain insights into another way of life and learn foreign cultural knowledge.

I learned to fit into groups, to become sensitive to cultural differences, and to communicate with gestures in the beginning. I learned new recipes and new plants. I learned to live with uncertainty about when I would be allowed to travel back again and to accept it calmly.

I was allowed to work on various projects and take on responsibility. During that time, I helped organize the "Faire Kaffeepause" in the Landtag and worked on the educational project "Fair macht Schule". I had to prepare materials, research locations and help implement and document the project days. I communicated with clients, schools, MPs, and Mayors and gained insights into project work.

I'm responsible for active sourcing and managing applicants through the application process. Meanwhile, I present the company in the first interviews and conduct a personality interview. 
In addition, I support the people ops team and have a focus on the well-being of my teammates.
I find my work really exciting! Every day I get to meet new people from all over the world and help build relationships with and between my colleagues.

👩‍🌾 My personal side:
I love to travel and discover new places! However, I have fallen in love with Italy in particular. I also enjoy collecting wild herbs and learning about new plants. Without exercise almost no day ends for me.
Just in love with life and trying to go with the flow 🧘‍♀️.
