UST Project

UST Project LLC is a design, engineering, and construction company operating projects all over Belarus. As a key member of the UST Project LLC executive team, I developed and managed major contracting accounts, including the largest private foreign investor in Belarus (Kronospan FLLC). 
Over three years, I supervised nearly 60 industrial and public construction projects with budgets totaling over 200 million Euros. I was also an integral part of the company’s strategic planning, sales, marketing, financial governance, and financial planning.

I managed and owned UTB Law Firm for 5 years since its inception. We provided various legal services to private and state enterprises in Belarus, starting with corporate governance and tax consulting, to litigation, negotiations and licensing. My primary responsibilities were day-to-day business management and working with key accounts.

As an executive and entrepreneur with over 24 years of experience spanning legal, financial, and management domains, I specialize in guiding clients through complex, high-stakes projects. Throughout my career, I’ve overseen initiatives with budgets up to $60 million and collaborated with a diverse, global client base.

In my current role as Executive Vice President at Syberry Corporation, a custom software engineering firm, I lead key accounts and oversee sales operations. My hands-on approach ensures that every client receives an exceptional experience tailored to their unique needs.

In 2014, I spearheaded Syberry’s global expansion by establishing our first U.S. office in Austin, Texas. Since then, our team has grown substantially, delivering innovative solutions to over 250 clients of all sizes — including several Fortune 500 companies.

Earlier in my career, I worked in financial services and practiced law in Minsk, Belarus, focusing on corporate, intellectual property, trademark, and business licensing law. This foundation sharpened my expertise in strategic, legally compliant growth and complex problem-solving.

I hold an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, which has enriched my ability to translate industry insights into actionable strategies for Syberry’s clients and teams.

Beyond my professional life, I’m an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures with my family, as well as an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for fishing and swimming.
