In the early 2000s,  my focus was on growing my skills, climbing the ladder, and being where I needed to be to get the job done. 

In 2009, I burned out hard. 

My new plan was to work for equity in tech start-ups and become financially independent.

Swing and Miss, the first start-up company I chose to work for, was going nowhere (equity worth zero). 

What happened? Did I screw up everything?

I chose the company because I was passionate about its mission, but I had not examined it further. I had no real plan.

My next step was to call people that I knew had been successful in working for equity in tech and see what was different in their "playbook."

April 19th, 2012 Splunk had a break-out IPO

April 20th, 2012 feelings of anxiety and fear creep in about how to manage the newly generated wealth. 

I had to figure out how to get real income (real estate) into my portfolio. I needed something sending me checks.

Key lessons learned after the first IPO:
 -How to invest in private equity real estate
 -Set up my family for generational wealth
 -Own the result (don't put my future in someone else's hands)

"I wish I could retire."

I hear this all the time from people with $3M-$5M-$7M portfolios.

They're brilliant at building wealth.

But they feel trapped in their jobs.

Here's what they don't realize:

The result? $200K+ annually in tax-efficient cashflow.

It's not a secret method.

➤ That means 52% is locked in their primary residence.
➤ This doesn't generate the cashflow needed to replace a paycheck.

50% of your net worth in company stock isn't a strategy.

●	Triaging request and incident tickets and assigning them to the correct resolver group as they come through to End User Technology team queue
●	Following 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting steps according to Knowledge Base Articles on SharePoint documents by following ITIL practices and procedures to resolve customers’ incident tickets and service requests in Forcepoint Remedy ticketing tool.

EUT Engineer (Windows 10 Project Contract)

●	Daily target of closing 20 incident/request tickets under my name per day. 
●	Triaging request and incident tickets and setting the correct SLA and assigning them to the correct team as they come through
●	Following 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting steps according to Knowledge Base Articles on SharePoint documents by following ITIL practices and procedures to resolve customers’ incident tickets and service requests in Marval ticketing tool.

●	High skills of communication with 3500+ users from diverse backgrounds and ages on the Ministry of Justice account 
●	Following specific 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting steps according to KBAs and following ITIL practices and procedures for Ministry Of Justice software packages to resolve  the customers’ incident tickets and service requests
●	Processing service requests by modifying memberships in AD and IDM to grant/remove memberships and following up with users on completed service requests via phone and email

●	Creating KBA articles in Triole Service Desk ticketing tool and training new Service Desk Analysts who started on the Ministry of Justice Account
