•Managed a material handling staff of 25 hourly employees including checkers, dock staff, and lift truck operators. Responsible for inbound and outbound freight on 5 shipping docks and accomplished inventory reduction objective of $12.0 million with 24 inventory turns. Accomplished 100% for all metrics.
