As Operations Director, I am responsible for the entire waterproofing division - people management, project management, budgets, job costs and margins. As a new hire, I implemented systems & processes to streamline all aspects of the division including payroll & accounting, project budgets and proposals, presentations and cash flow. We generally have several significant projects running simultaneously, so time & materials management is key to high quality work and on time completion. I helped grow the division steadily over time, from about $2M in revenue in my first full year to about $5M in revenue in 2022.
