As the Senior Sales Engineer at SymphonyAI's Media Division, I've been given a tremendous opportunity to work with media industry veterans and leading product developers to usher in the next phase of SymphonyAI's leading SaaS and Managed Services solutions. Revedia and our Generative AI Media Copilot are my main focus. While acting as the first Sales Engineer on the team I am also focused on standardizing the role and making sure the Global Revenue team achieves their targets.

Senior Sales Engineer - Media

Bardeen is a Workflow Automation platform designed for professionals to use for both consumer and business automations. This cutting edge AI platform resides directly within your web browser via an easy-to-use extension. As a Senior Sales and Solutions Engineer, I've was hired to fulfill multiple roles during the GTM phase of Bardeen's early stage growth. This includes leadership and advisory roles on the Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Account Management & Support teams.

Made the leap back into media SaaS by getting hired on as a Pre-Sales contributor to Operative's next generation Advertising Sales Platform: AOS. I work alongside our Local Linear and Digital teams to better position our SaaS solution for Local Linear markets and enterprise scale media organizations.

Zinnia (formerly SE2)

During my time at Zinnia I shifted to a Solution Architect role during the initial relaunch of our sales initiatives. This entailed being a leading SME of the (formerly Breathe Life) Zinnia Hybrid Origination SaaS platform for life insurance and annuities products. While continuing to host engaging and in depth product demonstrations externally and internally. I also worked alongside our C-Suite to continue the necessary work to build out and scale the Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting team while working with the Head of Solution Consulting at Zinnia during that key transition.

Solution Architect

Breathe Life (acquired by Zinnia)

Hired on as a Pre-Sales oriented Solution Engineer. The role quickly shifted to a leadership role where the Pre-Sales function fell on my shoulders to manage on my own. I worked in lockstep with our C-Suite & Origination sales teams to better position our Hybrid Origination platform for life insurance & annuities. Also led procurement process of a new RFP library and solution for the team. 

Sold via SaaS methodologies my product demonstrations, RFP / RFI management, internal operations and business development were proven assets to the team. 

One of a handful of US based team members, I worked remotely and internationally with our incredible Montreal, Quebec headquarters. Very proud to be one of the first 60 employees hired on to drive the overall vision of the company during such a pivotal time. Learning and working alongside such a talented team was an incredibly valuable and rewarding professional experience.

Successfully navigated a substantial merger / acquisition and have a proven ability to be flexible while also focusing on the task at hand to elevate the sales team and necessary business processes.

Solution Engineer

One Inc

On demand product expert for One Inc's rapidly growing sales team. My job was to provide remote & on-site demos to prospective clients while enabling the sales team to focus on client engagement and account management. Also handling RFP responses and higher level technical communication. Our focus was on both inbound premium payment services and outbound claims disbursements in a unified API based platform designed specifically for insurance organizations.

Driving business traction through cold calling, emails, trade shows and other forms of direct engagement. As a public facing representative of One Inc’s Insurance Payments platform; being a product expert and being knowledgeable in gaps and efficiencies naturally generated results. In my first year I earned One Inc's Outstanding Contribution Award, leading the way by generating nearly $9 million in revenue.

Business Development Representative

My responsibilities as a Sales Engineer involved being a product expert in our top 3 performing and largest products, WO Traffic, WO Media Sales and WO Programmatic. That expertise entailed being able to host high-level Sales Demos and be the on-demand product expert throughout the company. This directly aided our Sales Department in making sure we presented and discussed latest features, workflows, trends and innovations. That knowledge directly correlated to sales results. This was a Pre-Sale oriented position that included heavy RFI and RFP work.

Responsibilities included application implementations, upgrade management, high level support, client relations, documentation, internal & external communications and training. Products within the WO Programmatic TV suite included SSP, DSP and RTB platforms. Worked heavily with orders and ad exchanges.

Providing sales training, implementation and support for WideOrbit's WO Central - Order Connect product. Work closely with our WO Central Developers and Operations staff to ensure effective use of our product. Providing remote and live training to Media Sales and Media Buying representatives across the country.

Implementation and Support Specialist - WO Central

Specializing in installation, implementation, training and support of WideOrbit's client facing application for Radio and Television for sales teams across the country. Required extensive travel for on-site implementation and support.

Implementation Specialist - WO Media Sales

Provided product support for WideOrbit's Software Suite. Worked with clients over the phone and through direct web access.

Coordinating sales accounts for FM NewsTalk92.5 and AM 1530 KFBK, Talk 650 KSTE-AM, Classic 93.1 KHLX-FM, V101.1 KHYL-FM, 93.7 JACK KQJK-FM and Total Traffic Network.

My proficiencies in customer relationship management and delivering compelling technical product demonstrations have been integral in my nearly 15 year career in selling, solutioning and support.

Previously with WideOrbit, One Inc, Operative and Breathe Life, I honed my skills in positioning SaaS solutions for highly complex legacy industries, enhancing my expertise in sales and solution engineering. This experience underpins my current mission: to drive customer-centric innovation and foster meaningful relationships that propel SymphonyAI's market presence.
