Kinda wild, but tool mastery (clay expertise) got me hired. Tool agnosticism will keep me employed.

As an SDR, I remember being threatened with Clay.

When I was a Clay operator, I remember being threatened by Make.com and n8n.

As a GTME, I just learned the threats never stop lol. You just gotta keep adapting.

I love Clay. I still use it every day, but I'm slowly getting the ropes of "vibe coding too as a new skill set.

So happy Cursor and Claude code made it easier. I even use Cursor to create JSON code for Make automations I need, just literally talking to it in natural language.

Gosh, I'm so thankful I was influenced to try it.
