I am a passionate leader in the education technology space who oversees EVERFI's K12 operations across four regions: Canada, West Coast, New England, and New York/New Jersey.

I work closely with the Regional Directors of my four regions to:  
-develop and execute regional strategic plans which drive growth and ensure priorities are met for a variety of external stakeholders 
-recruit, onboard, and manage the performance of a group of 30 highly talented and geographically dispersed Implementation Managers

Other responsibilities include:
-ensuring product-market fit and identifying opportunities for improvement, using qualitative feedback and data analysis, across the range of 22 products being offered in the diverse markets I oversee
-working cross-functionally with EVERFI's Product Managers, Communications & Marketing Directors,  Sales Executives, Talent Team, Account Managers, Implementation Managers, and Program Coordinators to drive revenue growth and user engagement across my expansive territory
-leading professional development and coaching for the Regional Managers of the K12 Services Team

Vice President

I manage a geographically dispersed team of 19 early-career professionals. My team facilitates partnerships between educators, financial institutions, foundations, and professional sports leagues to bring web-based programs to thousands of schools across all of Canada and 8 northeastern states (including New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts).

Over 50 partner accounts are managed in my territory. Key accounts include: Electronic Arts (EA), 12 NHL teams, 4 NFL teams, the NBA, MassMutual, and Mastercard

In addition to supporting my team, I lead recruiting, marketing, and product initiatives to support adoption of Everfi’s programs across the region.

Vice President - Canada and Northeastern U.S.A

I led all facets of EverFi's first international expansion. In this role, I built EverFi's Canadian operations from the ground up and was responsible for partnership development, product adjustments, marketing, and overseeing the translation of EverFi’s platform into French. In my first year at EverFi I also:

-Recruited, trained, and managed eight new team members across Canada
-Spearheaded and facilitated the implementation of a company-wide leadership training program 

My team surpassed its goals for two consecutive years of operation in Canada, with year over year growth of 245% (compared to company-wide growth of 42%) bringing EverFi’s financial literacy, health and wellness, STEM, and career readiness programs to over 70,000 students across Canada, in addition to successfully executing over a dozen high-profile events for the seven Canadian NHL teams and the World Cup of Hockey.
