- for my last five months, I guaranteed that the company’s lead qualification process works smoothly and that our clients are pleased with our services by keeping in touch with them daily, through the phone, e-mail, Facebook or WhatsApp and offering them support with their ongoing orders and products’ characteristics

- managed the Social Media accounts of the brand and created content for them by photographing products in store
- uploaded and updated the products in the online store through a custom CMS
- created graphic materials for the brand’s site, but also for the Valigeria offline stores
- improved the brand’s relationship with the clients by communicating with them about their orders and challenges whenever necessary, either through the phone, on e-mail, on Facebook/Instagram and WhatsApp

- actively contributed to the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, for clients in Romania and outside of the country
- created content for the Social Media accounts of the agency’s clients
- implemented paid ads campaigns using Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- contributed to the success of our largest campaign at that time for one of the biggest producers of food additives in Romania by creating and implementing daily content for a personalized contest and testing it with the help of the tech team

- actively involved in creating and implementing events for the organization
- contributed to the good development of the event by bringing 2 main sponsors in my first project in the association (14th edition of PR Tea de Iași event) 
- assured the deadlines were met and that the materials arrived in time by managing the development of graphic promotional materials in the largest of our yearly events (9th edition of team ADventure)

- solved the difficulties related to the organization’s paperwork together with the board by making the accounting reports and bringing different documents up to date
- flattened the conflicts and the difficult times in the organization together with the management office through individual meetings with the members, but also in the general meetings
