▸In 2007, I began my career at Ziarul Financiar, Romania’s top business newspaper, managing advertising for B2B and premium clients.
▸In 2015, I launched STRATON MEDIA as a media and advertising agency for print & digital.
▸In 2021, I co-founded STRATON.digital, building it into a performance-first digital marketing agency focused on scalable growth through paid media.
▸In 2025, we repositioned STRATON.digital as the first and only digital advertising agency in Romania specialized in lead generation for residential real estate and other lead-based industries.

At STRATON.digital, I co-led the development of Residential LeadFlowS — our proprietary LEAD GENERATION solution powered by data-driven advertising. The residential developers get a GUARANTEED lead volume volume, fixed pricing, and verified lead quality. This system removes uncertainty from marketing investments and turns budgets into predictable sales opportunities.

Alongside this, I provide Strategic Marketing Advisory for Results & Transformation to companies needing quick solutions, sharper direction, or smarter resource use.
