As a Recruiter at Focuscope, I worked closely with Project Managers to recruit and schedule appointments for market research studies/focus groups. I was responsible for reaching out to individuals such as doctors, business owners, contractors and interiors designers. They were contacted through our database and/or through cold calling. Through our database I was also responsible for keeping track of updated addresses, emails, phone numbers and other information and was in charge of database management for each project.

I was responsible for answering multiple calls each day, helped with any technical issues that arose and assisted with the hiring and interviewing process.
