•	Actively supported Sales transformation, definition of new Go to Market model, defined and implemented a Sell in/Sell out tool to circumvent distributor channels and enable the company to manage end to end sales to final customer, built customer demand, innovated Sales Incentive program, revised pricing structure, achieved GM improvement of +20%, led successful response to RFQ to key retailers for full campaign 4 years in a row
•	Designed and rolled out Operational Finance Master Plan, introduced Activity Based Costing, S&OP and accurate rolling forecast, transformed Finance team from pure transactional to added value challengers to support business operations, managed CAPEX budget and planning including $ 10M construction of new plant
•	Defined and executed transformation of all Business processes including Order to Cash and Purchase to pay, implemented Enterprise CRM, upgraded SAP, introduced BI tools for real time MIS reporting
