Through the CRA, a portion of incremental property tax revenues is reinvested directly into our community, supporting initiatives that make North Beach more vibrant and resilient. Our focus includes transportation and mobility improvements, infrastructure upgrades, affordable and workforce housing, resiliency projects, and economic development programs that enhance quality of life for residents and strengthen our local economy.
