I was born in Medellín, Colombia But I was raised in New York City by a single mom who taught me how to navigate the world with resilience, faith, and fire.

Being good at your job is why you’re being overlooked.

For a long time, I thought being good was enough.

I stayed behind the scenes.
I did the work.
I made other people look good often without my name ever being mentioned.

I believed that if I worked hard, stayed humble, and didn’t “self-promote,” visibility would eventually find me.

It didn’t.

What no one tells you is this:
talent doesn’t speak for itself.
People do.

And if you don’t learn how to articulate your value and show up intentionally, the world doesn’t assume you’re capable it assumes you’re comfortable staying small.

That realization changed everything.

As I stepped out from behind the scenes, I began to see the same pattern everywhere
with founders, with women, with young girls.

Highly capable.
Deeply committed.
Consistently overlooked.

That’s when I built what is now the SEEN™ Framework.

SEEN™ stands for:

It’s not about being loud or performative.
