As Chief Innovation Officer (CINO), I was primarily responsible for managing the Innovation Process and Change Management within the organization. By working across all disciplines and with all organizational leaders, we initiated a process of cultural transformation that relied on core individual behaviors and personal growth to establish an environment where Psychological Safety and the principles of an Idea-meritocracy became the hallmarks of the culture. Through the Innovation process inside the organization, I lead Idea Generation Workshops, an Idea Selection Team, and managed a Platform for individual Idea Submissions. The ideas generated identified strategies, business opportunities and new technologies that improved our products and processes. Ideas were ranked and vetted through an established scoring system to ensure that resources were focused on the most viable concepts.
