Your premium clients aren't saying no because of price.

I was listening to a sales call the other day.

I’m not talking about getting your first client or hitting your first $5K month.
You’ve already done that. You’ve proven you can sell. You’ve built something real.

The shift

Your business was gaining momentum.

Three discovery calls on the calendar.

Last night, I had the pleasure of attending a cosy and intimate gathering hosted by EXE: Employee Experience Exchange.

A room full of people who care deeply about engagement, culture, and growth. Honestly, it felt like being a kid in a candy store… except this time the only thing I walked away with was inspiration, not calories. 😊

Two thoughts stayed with me since I left the event:

“The future of work is a subscription model.”
Employees choose whether they want to “subscribe” to you or not. It made me reflect on how organisations are rethinking their people practices and whether we’re truly designing experiences people want to opt into.

2. Dr. Lina Almarestani  powerful reminder
“The only thing that will stop robots from taking over… is our emotions.”
In a world obsessed with AI and efficiency, it was grounding to hear such a bold call for more emotionally intelligent leaders. 

A huge shout-out to Lorna King, CPCC, ACC  and Ruth Dance for creating this community and bringing together people who genuinely want to elevate the world of work.
