Except the ONE thing I wanted most.

2025 gave me *almost* everything I asked for.

-Traveled to 3 countries
-Experienced more joy and expansion

As I look back on my vision board for 2025, I hit every single thing I set out to do…

EXCEPT the thing I wanted the most, becoming a mom.

This year reminded me of something I knew but forgot:

Having a big goal or desire doesn't mean you get it on the timeline you want.

That try as I might, I can’t control everything. 
(so annoying for a controlling Type A gal like me to accept!) 

It means you learn how to hold what come...with integrity, softness, and truth.

This year I celebrated, rested, played, and led more than ever before. 
I crossed financial milestones I’m deeply proud of.

Surpassing $1M cash felt so surreal as this was a goal I had written down years ago and I remember it feeling so impossibly far away.

Now I know I’ll hit my next million in half the time.
I also hiked, traveled, danced, loved, and let myself feel alive.

And I also sat with disappointment in the place that mattered most to my heart.

Both are true. Both belong.

If your year didn’t turn out how you imagined, you’re not behind. 
You’re not broken.

You’re BECOMING.

✨ What did 2025 teach you? 

One of my favorite things in 2025 was traveling to Costa Rica where the sunsets, food, and connections with fellow entrepreneurs, women, and mammas filled up my cup.

I'll never forget the month I hit $30K for the first time.

On paper, it should have been a celebration. It felt great for my ego.

But instead, I was sitting at my kitchen table, staring at my calendar with a total pit in my stomach

...and I started crying.

Because I realized I had built a cage.

- My calendar was wall-to-wall 1:1 calls. 
- I was delivering multiple programs.
- I was responding to DMs at 10pm because I didn't want anyone to think I wasn't available.

I was making more money than I ever had before.

And I was also more exhausted 😮‍💨 than I'd ever been.

That's when I realized:

What got me to $30K months was the EXACT thing that was going to cap me from ever hitting $50K or $100K months.

- The hustle. 
- The over-delivering. 
- The people-pleasing. 
- The "I'll accept whatever client wants to pay me" mentality.

And the real tricky this is...it worked. Until it didn't

But it wasn't going to get me to the level of freedom that I truly craved.

(bc, I don't know about you...but I didn't leave my 9-5 just to create another one)

I had to make a choice:

Keep going the way I was going and burn out completely. (this option sounded terrible)

OR...restructure everything so I could scale without sacrificing my life.

I chose the second option.

- I restructured my offers & focused on scalable offeres
- I set boundaries even though my inner people-pleaser was screaming.
- I repositioned for self-led clients instead of ones who needed me to hold their hand through every decision.

And that's when everything changed.

I went from $30K months that felt like hell to $50K, $70K, $100K+ launches that felt light.

Because I wasn't trading time for money anymore.

I was building offers that could scale.

Your visibility?
It isn't even about you.
It's about the people searching for your light, hoping for a sign it's safe to step forward.

Here's the uncomfortable truth... you're being judged no matter what you do.

You can play small, or play big.
You can hide in the background, or take up space.
It doesn't matter,you still get judged.

So why not get judged for being unapologetically real?

I see women shrink themselves every day online.

Almost never the people steps ahead of you.
Truly successful women clap for other women shining.

You being bold gives everyone watching a permission slip to do the same.

Stop shrinking.
Stop waiting for approval from people who will never understand your mission.

Before coaching, I was a sales consultant.

I trained thousands of sellers at LinkedIn. I sold multi-six and seven-figure consulting contracts at a major consulting company.

I was good at sales. Really good.

But here's what I didn't realize until later:

I was selling from proving. Not power.

I thought if I just worked harder than everyone else, over-delivered more than everyone else, sacrificed more than everyone else - I'd be successful.

And it worked. For a while.

I built my coaching business to consistent $25K months.

But I was trapped.

Trapped in the identity of the hustler coach. The coach who thought struggle was a badge of honor.

That's when I realized:

I wasn't building the business I wanted. I was building a business of proving.

And proving doesn't scale.

So I had to make a shift.

From hustler to conscious leader.

From pressure to presence.

From chasing to being chosen.

And that shift changed everything.

I went from capped income to $100K+ launches.

I went from saying yes to anyone with a pulse and a credit card to only working with clients who inspire me. Excite me. Expand me.

I went from exhausting my clients are to energy-giving clients.

Most people are building LinkedIn brands that will never make them money.

I spent years inside LinkedIn as a Sales Enablement Consultant. Then built my own brand that's generated $1M+ in revenue.

Here's what most people get wrong about LinkedIn in 2026:

🚫 What doesn't work anymore:
- Posting 5x a day hoping something sticks
- Generic motivational quotes that could be on Instagram
- Building a "personal brand" without a clear monetization strategy
- Celebrating 10K followers when you can't convert 10 clients

✅ What actually builds a monetizable brand:

1. Content that converts. Every post should either educate your buyer, build trust, or move them toward a purchase decision.

2. Engagement depth over width. LinkedIn's 2026 algorithm rewards meaningful conversations. 50 engaged prospects beat 5,000 passive followers.

3. Positioning precision. "Business coach" won't cut it. "I help female coaches scale from $50K to $500K without working 70-hour weeks" will.

4. Prioritizing revenue-driving metrics. Like tracking the # of conversations started, not comment counts.

The buyers in 2026 are sophisticated. 
They scroll past generic content instantly. 

(Especially with all the AI-written word vomit that is all over our feeds making everyone sound the same)

They want to work with someone who clearly understands their exact problem and has a proven system to solve it.

Your LinkedIn brand isn't about going viral.

It's about becoming the obvious choice when someone with money is ready to invest in a solution.

From the inside, I can tell you: LinkedIn rewards creators who drive real tangible outcomes, not just engagement.

LinkedIn has changed a lot in the last year, don't you think?

The best salespeople I know barely talk.

Sounds backwards, right?

We picture great salespeople as smooth talkers. 
Always pitching. Dominating every conversation.

That's actually what average salespeople do.

In my years training over 3,000 sales professionals, I watched this same pattern:

The reps who talked 80% of the call closed maybe 20% of their deals.

The top performers? They flipped that ratio. 

They asked better questions. Then shut up and listened.

Here's what this looks like on your discovery calls:

🚫 Average coach: "Let me tell you about my program and all the amazing results my clients get..."

✅ Top-performing coach: "What's the biggest challenge you're facing right now?" 

Then listens. Really listens.

 🚫 Average coach: "Here's why my method works better than everything else..."

✅ Top performer: "What have you tried before that didn't work? What made it fall short?"

Again, listens.

The magic happens in that silence.

Your prospect tells you exactly how to help them. They reveal their real pain points. They practically sell themselves.

But here's what most coaches miss:

Listening isn't passive. It's the most strategic thing you can do.

When you truly listen, you're gathering their exact language. Their specific problems. The outcomes they're desperate for.

That's when selling stops feeling pushy.

And starts feeling like the most natural thing in the world.

What's the most surprising thing a prospect has revealed to you when you just... listened?

Here's why you haven't hit a $100K launch...yet
(And it's probably not the reason you think.)

❌ It's not because you don't know how to sell.
You've signed clients. You've had wins. You've launched before.

❌ It's not because your offer isn't good enough.
Your clients get results. Your work is powerful and transformational.

❌ It's not about needing another funnel, template, or marketing hack.
You've probably tried those already and still feel stuck.

Here's the actual reason:
Your offer suite wasn't built for $100K launches.

Most coaches build from survival mode:
→ Saying yes to anyone who shows interest
→ Stacking on endless modules or bonuses thinking "more = better"
→ Designing offers that require you to be present, live, and pouring in 110% on delivery

That creates:
• Heavy, unscalable offers
• Programs where you carry the results
• A calendar packed with back-to-back 1:1 calls

✅ Clear boundaries around delivery (so you don't burn out)
✅ A strategic offer suite with upsells, downsells, and multiple entry points
✅ Messaging that resonates so deeply, your dream clients think: "There's no one else for me."

In my first $100K launch - guess what I sold? A $3K program, not $10K or $25K.

I combined:
• A free 3-day challenge (with a paid $47 VIP option added ~$5K pre-launch)
• A $3K core program (30+ people enrolled)
• A $1K VIP upgrade that sold out
• A $100 down-sell for those not ready to commit many of whom bought back into the main offer

Every touchpoint was monetized.

What is a conscious workplace?

That’s a question that’s been sitting with me since last week, after attending the Conscious Careers Summit hosted by the elegant Rowen Astrom.

The conversations there put a real lens on the labour market in the UAE and on how people are starting to think differently about work, purpose, and the kind of environments they actually want to be part of.

One moment that really stayed with me was a question put to the panel:
In one word, how would you describe a conscious workplace?
The answers were:
Culture
Inclusion
Intentional

All powerful.

But as I reflected on it afterwards, my own word would be holistic -
especially after years working in employee experience and engagement.
Because creating a conscious workplace isn’t about doing one thing well.
  
It’s about a series of choices, behaviours and initiatives that come together to create an employee experience that genuinely works for humans at work.

How leaders show up.
How decisions get made.
How people are treated when things are hard.
How wellbeing, growth, performance and belonging are woven into everyday work, not bolted on as programs.

And it can’t be owned by HR alone.

After all, we’re not bots.

We’re people bringing our whole selves to work every day. And that, to me, is what a conscious workplace really looks like.

Last week I had an interesting conversation with someone I recently met.

He’s currently looking for a job, and we spoke about the job market in the UAE…

which companies are hiring.

But the one thing that really struck me was the importance he placed on the culture of the company.

I’ve been fortunate to work for some incredible brands in my career and leaders in their respective industries. And as an engagement and culture advocate of course I know why this matters. 

But why this mattered to him made me reflect on the work I’ve been doing in this space. 

Because even the strongest brands mean very little if the culture inside is toxic.

Over time, it shows up:
in how employees feel
in how leaders behave
in how customers are treated

And eventually, it damages not just your employer brand, but your brand - full stop.
