It’s been a week since 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 (𝐅𝐂𝐑 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓)  and honestly, I’m still pinching myself to believe it really happened.

Ever since I began my journey of personal growth and self-development, I’ve attended countless events.

And every single time, I’ve noticed one thing — the people who make the real magic happen behind the scenes: the Crew Members.

They are the silent force that helps teachers, mentors, and coaches create transformational experiences for everyone in the room.

I still remember attending my first Freedom Business Retreat (FBR) in 2023 with my mentor and life-guide Siddharth Rajsekar.

Since that day, I often wondered — what does it take to be a crew member?

A couple of months ago, when I got the message from our amazing community manager Nina Punjabi ma’am confirming that I’d been selected as a Crew Member, I was literally on cloud nine ☁️.

And the experience? Beyond words.

What a ride these six months have been!

 When I took up the leadership role at BNI Alpha Chapter, Greater Noida, I thought it was about managing responsibilities.

But oh, it turned out to be so much more — a journey of learning, leading, and growing every single week.

Yes, there were ups and downs, moments of doubt and moments of pride.

But through it all, I walked away with lessons that will stay with me forever 👇

✨ 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐯𝐬. 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐧 – It’s one thing to be visible, and another to be known for your consistency and contribution.

✨ 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 – You don’t get credibility by wearing a title. You earn it through action and service.

✨ 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 & 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 – Leadership gave me a chance to connect, collaborate, and create impact beyond my chapter walls.

✨ 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 “𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞” 𝐭𝐨 “𝐔𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞” – The magic happens when you stop ticking boxes and start using the role to uplift others.

✨ 𝐑𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 – Every small act of support creates ripples you may not even see — but they matter.

✨ 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 – Time management, empathy, communication, teamwork — I learnt more here than in any classroom.
