It’s been a week since 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 (𝐅𝐂𝐑 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓)  and honestly, I’m still pinching myself to believe it really happened.

Ever since I began my journey of personal growth and self-development, I’ve attended countless events.

I still remember attending my first Freedom Business Retreat (FBR) in 2023 with my mentor and life-guide Siddharth Rajsekar.

Since that day, I often wondered — what does it take to be a crew member?

A couple of months ago, when I got the message from our amazing community manager Nina Punjabi ma’am confirming that I’d been selected as a Crew Member, I was literally on cloud nine ☁️.

And the experience? Beyond words.

✨ 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 – Time management, empathy, communication, teamwork — I learnt more here than in any classroom.

While I was an introvert during my school days, I was made fun at and felt really nervous to speak on stage. Yet I did not realise how important it was to be confident to speak in public.

From there on there was no looking back, though my confidence was shattered in one of my corporate stints. Learning the lessons from there I worked hard to regain my confidence and was back speaking and conducting training in the organisation.

My core competencies are in areas of HR - Training and Development, Talent Induction, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Employee Engagement. I helped in branding the HR Dept. of my company through newsletters highlighting the various initiatives undertaken by HR and this was an initiative which was never undertaken in the company.

However, transformation again happened when I was in the HR Learning & Development assignment of my company. I got various opportunities to speak and train 1000 plus employees, right from Front Line Managers to the Senior Management. 

This gave a boost to my confidence and changed my outlook. 

Therefore, as corporate professionals one needs to speak confidently, present impactfully. 

As humans, we work like machines doing mundane work and as meetings take away of our time, there is really no time to think creatively and do work differently. Think creatively and work differently.

There was a time when weekends felt like a blur.

🙏 𝐀 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠 time: a sacred space for reflection, gratitude, and connecting with higher energy. It helps me reset my thoughts and begin the new week with calm and clarity.

❤️ 𝐀 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲: long breakfasts, laughter, walks, and sometimes just being together in silence. Those moments fill my heart in ways words can’t express.

Learning fuels my mind.
Satsang nourishes my soul.
Family fills my heart.

And together, they make me feel alive — every single weekend.
