Welcome, I'm Jennifer.

I'm a career educator and collaborative innovator with a broad background including writing, course design, public speaking, and product development. 

After decades in classrooms and leadership roles, I’m now focused on one big question:
 
What if we redesigned the teaching profession—on purpose, with purpose?

I’ve written four books (including an Amazon #1 New Release), managed projects from inception to launch, and sold big ideas to a variety of stakeholders. 

Now, I’m building a collection of digital resources, coaching, and speaking to help elevate the profession of teaching.

Everything I do is rooted in belief—belief in education, belief in possibility, and belief that we can build something better without burning out the people who make school work.

My work lives at the intersection of innovation, imagination, and action. I:
